If you are happy for us to use your phone number, we will then contact you by your chosen method to confirm everything is well and you are happy with the cottage. If a maintenance visit is required, we will arrange to do this when you are out of the property.

Our site map shows you what areas you can access so that we can avoid the need to show you round in person (much as we would like to!) Should you encounter anyone in these shared spaces, please observe social distancing measures.

Bedding: In order to help protect the cleaner from possible transmission, it would be great if you could bring your own bedding. If you can, let us know in advance. If not, please could you strip the bed on departure and place linen in the bag provided. 

Cleaning: To help protect guests from Covid 19, a more rigorous cleaning and disinfecting programme is currently in place as per Air bnb guidance. In order to comply with new standards, we have had to change our check in (5PM) and out times (10AM) to allow us more time between guests. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience. 

If you are ill during your stay: Current Government guidance is that if you are displaying signs of the Covid 19 virus while staying at Woolgarden Cottage, you are required to go for a test at the nearest test centre which is at Bude: The Venue, Stucley Road, EX23 8AR. Please then share the results with us. If positive, the guidance is that you return home if this is reasonably possible. If, for any reason, it is not possible for you to leave, and you need to self-isolate at Woolgarden we will facilitate this and do what we can to help. However, we understand that government policy is that all fees for bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
